Every place on a Time Chamber expedition begins with an application and a screening call. We do not take a deposit until we have spoken with you and we know this is the right work for you, right now. We read every application personally. We reply within seven days.

How it works

Four steps from here to the mountain.

  1. You complete the application below.

    Honest answers help us help you. There are no trick questions and no wrong answers. We are listening, not auditing.

  2. We read it. We reply within seven days.

    You will hear back from Bill, Philip or Graham personally. Either with an invitation to a screening call, or with an honest note explaining why this expedition is not right for you right now and where else might serve you better.

  3. You have a 45-minute screening call with Bill or Philip.

    An open conversation about where you are, what you are hoping for, and what we can and cannot do for you. No sales pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.

  4. If we both say yes, you secure your place.

    We send a private Stripe payment link for your chosen tier. Deposit is USD 2,500, fully refundable up to 90 days before departure. Your place is held the moment payment lands.

Corporate cohorts

For companies funding senior leaders through the programme.

A cohort of 6 to 12 senior men funded by a single company is one of the most powerful interventions a business can make. Burnout among senior leadership is no longer a private problem. It is a balance-sheet problem.

We design corporate cohorts with the participating company's leadership team. The programme content does not change. The framing, the cohort composition and the post-expedition integration are tailored to fit.

The bursary place

One place on every expedition. Funded by the cohort.

Every Patron tier ticket funds a bursary place for a man who could not otherwise afford this work. We accept bursary applications from men who meet the participant profile and who can demonstrate genuine financial need.

The bursary place is a full place. Same accommodation as Signature tier, same access to Bill, Philip and Graham, same alumni programme. There is no second-class version of this work.
