Shereen Qutob

An executive leadership strategist who came to believe that the hardest questions people face are never really about capability. They are about identity. She designs and leads The Clearing.

Who she is

Women don't need another leadership programme or another retreat telling them who to become. They need the space to remember who they are.

Shereen Qutob is an executive leadership and talent strategist with nearly two decades of experience helping leaders, teams and organisations navigate growth and change. Her work has spanned global organisations across the Eastern Hemisphere, partnering with executive teams and emerging leaders to develop leadership capability, shape organisational culture, and help people navigate change.

Throughout her career, Shereen noticed that the biggest challenges people faced were rarely about capability. They were about identity. Whether someone was stepping into leadership, returning to work, changing careers or navigating a major life transition, the questions were often the same. Who am I now? What no longer fits? What comes next?

Her story

The questions became personal.

Those questions became deeply personal in 2018, when Shereen became a single mother and rebuilt her life while raising two daughters. It changed the way she thinks about leadership, resilience, and what it really means to live in alignment with yourself.

Today she brings together her executive leadership experience with her Inner Alchemy Framework to create spaces where women can pause, think more clearly and hear themselves again before deciding what comes next.

Why she leads The Clearing

Space to hear yourself again.

Shereen designed The Clearing for women who have spent years carrying responsibility, leading others and meeting everyone else's expectations, while quietly setting parts of themselves aside along the way. She believes women don't need another leadership programme or another retreat telling them who to become. They need the space to question the stories they've outgrown, remember who they are, and decide what comes next on their own terms.

Together with Constanze, she leads an experience where every woman is supported from the first step to the summit. Because while Kilimanjaro is the setting, the real work happens in the conversations, the quiet moments, and the space women create to finally hear themselves again.
