Her Summit · Your leader

Valeria Cardillo Piccolino

An executive coach who blends strengths-based development and positive psychology with the raw teacher that is the mountain. She designs and leads Her Summit.

Who she is

The mountain, like good coaching, does not give you the answers. It creates the conditions for you to find your own.

Valeria is a Senior Principal Consultant with more than fifteen years spent advising enterprise clients on culture, leadership, assessment and coaching, and organisational transformation across EMEA and LATAM. She has partnered with large organisations in the banking, FMCG, luxury and retail sectors, managing and growing client portfolios ranging from $50K to $1M, and pairing that commercial track record with the work she cares about most: developing leaders.

She built her expertise from three vantage points that rarely sit in one person. She has led learning and development in-house for a major hospitality group of more than 70,000 people. She has consulted for HR boutiques specialising in leadership development. And she has worked at the frontier of the field, at a leading EdTech in digital coaching and talent solutions. That range means she understands leadership from the inside of a large organisation, from the outside as a trusted advisor, and from the future of how coaching is delivered at scale.

Valeria is an ICF-credentialed and Gallup CliftonStrengths-certified coach, trained through the ICF- and EMCC-accredited Performance Coach programme and grounded academically in the psychology of communication, with a master's degree earned cum laude at Sapienza Università di Roma. Her earliest research was on women's leadership and negotiation, the same thread she now pulls through Her Summit. She is a regular speaker at HR conferences and a thought-leadership contributor, and she works fluently in English, Spanish and Italian.

How she works

Evidence-based, and deeply human.

Her approach brings together strengths-based development, positive psychology, executive coaching and experiential learning, and sets it all in the one environment that strips leadership back to its essentials: the mountain. She does not lecture. She creates a psychologically safe space in which capable women can ask the questions they have been too busy to ask, and find answers they had not previously considered.

Her focus is not to motivate for a weekend, but to send each woman home with genuine self-knowledge and a practical plan for the next chapter.

Why she leads Her Summit

Leadership, discovered at altitude.

Her Summit is for women at a pivotal moment of growth, ready to lead higher and live wider. That is Valeria's territory. She designs the whole arc, the preparation before Tanzania, the coaching woven through each day of the climb, and the integration that turns insight into commitment, so that no woman leaves merely inspired. She leaves equipped.

You don't need to be a mountaineer. You need to be curious enough to discover what becomes possible when you give yourself the space, and the challenge, to grow.
