Graham Noble

Dubai · Founder, Summit Your Mind

Graham is the architect and constant of the Time Chamber. Dubai-based, with nearly three decades in financial services, he is the founder of three ventures with the same thread running through them: build things that matter, build them properly, and build them in places that need them.

Vitpi is his wealth management firm. MlimaLoop is his rPET recycling venture in Arusha, Tanzania, turning post-consumer plastic into food-grade pellets. Vertical Sky is his ethical Kilimanjaro climbing company, which provides the operational backbone of every Time Chamber expedition.

The Time Chamber is the venture Graham did not plan for. It arrived because he kept meeting men in their 40s and 50s who were quietly coming apart. Most of them ran companies. Most of them looked fine on the outside. He wanted to build the thing he wished had existed when he needed it himself.

Graham is on every expedition, from the welcome dinner in Arusha to the final game drive in the Serengeti. He is not a facilitator. He is a presence. He pays attention. He calls things by their proper names.

Bill Williams

Life coach · Andy's Man Club volunteer

Bill leads the emotional and psychological work on the mountain and in the integration phase. He is a working life coach with a long record of helping men through divorce, burnout, bereavement and the slow erosion of purpose that is the defining mid-life crisis of our time.

For years he has been a volunteer with Andy's Man Club, the UK's largest peer-support network for men's mental health. Every week he sits in rooms with men who have nowhere else to take what they are carrying. That work is the foundation of everything he brings to the Time Chamber.

What Bill does best is hold the room. He knows when to wait. He knows when to ask. He knows how to make a man say the thing he has been not-saying for years, and then sit with him while it lands. The mountain provides the conditions. Bill provides the craft.

On the climb, Bill is a presence in the walking pairs, in the evening circles, and one-to-one in the tents when needed. At KiliGolf, he leads the structured 1:1 sessions that turn what surfaced on the mountain into specific commitments.

The men we are building this for are not in crisis yet. They are in the quiet years before the crisis. That is where intervention works. Bill Williams, on the target participant

Lead Facilitator — Mid-Life Conversation

Philip Briscoe

Host, Mid Life Men podcast

Philip hosts the Mid Life Men podcast, one of the leading voices on the specific shape of mid-life for men in their 40s and 50s. He has spent years putting language around the things men in this stage of life feel but cannot describe. That language is the entry point for everything that follows.

Philip leads the group circles. The cohort gathers in the mess tent at the end of each day on the mountain, and again at KiliGolf, and Philip holds the structure that turns private discomfort into shared insight. He is fluent in the dialect of men who have been raised not to talk, and how to invite them to start.

Philip also designs the brotherhood architecture: the rituals, the prompts, the post-expedition programming that keeps the bonds alive after men return home. He treats brotherhood not as a vibe but as something you build deliberately, with discipline.

On every expedition, Philip is the man who first speaks the thing the others were waiting to hear.

Why these three

No one role can do the other's job.

Graham brings the venture, the East African ground game, and the man who pays the deposit can look at and trust. Without Graham there is no operational platform.

Bill brings the depth of the emotional work. He is the practitioner who has done this work, in rooms with real men, for years. Without Bill there is no inner transformation.

Philip brings the language, the cultural reach, and the framing that gets men through the door in the first place. Without Philip there is no entry point.

Three roles. Three men. Each non-substitutable. That is the design.
