Bill has spent his career advising founders and chief executives through the moments that decide a company and the moments that decide a life. He understands the particular quiet of the man who has succeeded and is not sure it was the right summit, and he leads with candour rather than comfort.

An executive leadership and talent strategist with nearly two decades helping leaders, teams and organisations navigate growth and change across the Eastern Hemisphere. She pairs that experience with her Inner Alchemy Framework, creating the space for women to think clearly and hear themselves before deciding what comes next. She leads alongside Constanze Witzel, so the group is held by two women throughout.

A somatic practitioner for the female nervous system. For more than fifteen years she has held space for women in groups, from the Sahara to the North Sea to a boat in Turkey, and she co-founded the first somatic healing space in the GCC. She leads the somatic thread of the expedition.

Founder of The Man Cave Project, which has held a men's circle every week for five and a half years and worked with several thousand men. A men's health and wellbeing speaker and coach based in Dubai, he leads from inside the circle rather than above it. On the mountain, he is your only coach.
