Bill has spent his career advising founders and chief executives through the moments that decide a company and the moments that decide a life. He understands the particular quiet of the man who has succeeded and is not sure it was the right summit, and he leads with candour rather than comfort.

Shereen designs and leads The Clearing. She brings a lived and professional understanding of what women carry and what it costs, and shapes the expedition around real recovery and real leadership. She leads alongside her partner, so the group is held by two women throughout.
